Returns & Cancellations Policy - Kay Dee Electronics

At Kay Dee Electronics, we ensure 100% satisfaction of the product till it is ready for use. We ensure timely delivery, installations from brands and demonstration of products. Still if there is anything which makes you to return/ cancel the order, the cancellation policy is as below:

Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of order can be done before we attempt to deliver the product. We generally call before delivering. You can inform us at this time if you wish to cancel the order. In case you wish to cancel the order at this stage, we will issue 100% refund immediately from our end. (Banks may take their standard time to credit In your account/card)

Returns

We will ensure the right product is delivered to you in perfect condition. Further, we ensure that the product gets installed timely by the brand’s representative. Also, you should get a product demonstration to ensure that the product is in usable condition.

If still you wish to return the product, you may return the product in following circumstances:

1. Product received is damaged when arrived

In case you find the product damaged on delivery, you can return the same on the spot, at the time of delivery. We will soon arrange for another piece and deliver it to you. In such a scenario, where no more stock is available, we will issue you 100% refund.

2. Product received is not to your liking

In case you don’t like the product received on delivery and wish to return it at that time, then we will take back the product. We will issue the refund less the delivery charges.

3. Product is dead on arrival/has a defect when installed

If the product is found to be dead on arrival/ defective, we will take back the product and replace it with another product. This is done without any extra cost or hassle to you. For getting this done, we need a service slip from the brand service engineer confirming that the product was found defective/ damaged at the time of installation/demo.
