What is the requirement around the condition of the old product?
If the old product is a TV, Washing Machine, AC, or Refrigerator, the Exchange Offer value that is provided by our exchange partners depends on the condition of the old product. Ensure that you share correct details of the old product, so that the delivery associate can validate the same successfully before delivering the new product.
Do I need all the original accessories and packaging for the old product?
It is preferred that you return the old product with its original accessories and packaging. However, it is not mandatory.
How should I send the old product to Kay Dee Electronics?
The old product will be picked up from you by the delivery associate at the time of delivery of your new product, provided the condition of the old product matches what was entered at the time of placing the order.
Can I exchange more than one old product to buy one new one?
No, you can exchange only one old product per new product order.
Can I exchange a old product of one category to buy a new product of another category?
No, currently, you can only exchange a old product of one category to purchase a new product of the same category. For example, you can only exchange a old AC to purchase a new AC. You cannot exchange a old laptop to purchase a new TV.
Can I exchange a different old product other than the one described at the time of ordering?
No, once the order is submitted, you must exchange the old product that was described at the time of ordering. The Exchange Offer value that is applied on the used order is applied based on the old product details that were entered. If the details entered do not match the old product that is submitted for exchange at the time of delivery, the delivery of the new product will be suspended and the order will be cancelled.
